- Take 1/2 cup of wheat flour.
- Take 2 tbsp of ginger paste.
- Use 2 of garlic paste.
- Take 1 cup of onion ginger garlic paste.
- Use 1 tsp of clove powder.
- Provide 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- Take 1 tbsp of turmeric powder.

Steps to make Fish curry:
- Wash the fish with plain water.and add wheat flour and rub flour to the fish pieces carefully.wash with plain water and keep aside...

- Now take a bowl. Add fish pieces into it. Now add ginger garlic paste and clove powder and mix well. Keep aside for 15 mins.
- After 15 mins heat a pan and add oil. When oil becomes hot add fish pieces into it and fry for 5 mins from both sides. Take out pieces and keep aside.
- In the same oil add whole spices and saute for 2 mins. Now add onion ginger garlic paste and cook for 3-4 mins. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. And cook for another 2 mins.
- Now add 2 cups of water and bring it to boil. When water boil well and reduce half add fish pieces. Close the lid and cook for 3-4 mins on low flame.
- Now add fenugreek leaves crush with hands and turn flame off..
